DSD - Dynamic servo motors

With six available installation sizes the Baumüller dynamic servo motors offer a suitable solution for almost every application. Dynamic servo motors are best suited for dynamic applications with high acceleration capacity and start-stop requirements.

DS/DA - General purpose servo motors

With a shaft height ranging from 45 to 280 mm Baumüller general purpose servo motors offer the largest product range of synchronous and asynchronous motors. General purpose servo motors are best for dynamic applications that require the highest energy efficiency.

DSC - Compact servo motors

With its new series of DSC servo motors, Baumüller is making the torque motor servo ready. The DSC series focuses on improving performance ratings in order to achieve a higher torque density while drastically reducing the volume of the device.

DST Powerful high torque motors

The Baumüller DST series has up to 13500 Nm of torque which provides the highest dynamic in the direct drive technology. The high-torque synchronous motors are used for applications that need maximum torque.

DSL - Three-Phase Synchronous Linear Actuator

The two DSL 56 motors provide optimal linear motions. The DSL 56 is used as a roller screw assembly for high forces and high velocities or as a ball screw assembly in simple applications for low-cost linear drives.

DSD-IPG Three-Phase Synchronous Geared Motor

The geared motor from Baumüller, the DSD-IPG provides high torque and excellent dynamic response qualities. The integrated planetary gearing makes the DSD IPG the ideal choice for high torque applications which require a highly dynamic response.

BPx - Baumüller Planetary Gearing Range

In connection with our standard DS/DSD servo drives, the BPx planetary gear motors are best suited for applications that require maximum standards of torque and dynamics.

Linear motors

The extensive know-how used to develop and manufacture Baumüller rotary motors has been fully applied to production of top quality linear motors for a wide variety of applications.

Disc motors

The main strength of these motors is that they are small and compact. In its shortest design motor type GDM 12 N requires only 39.5 mm of axial space.

sizemaXX - Drive configuration made easy

Baumüller developed new software for convenient drive dimensioning. sizemaXX allows the user to easily dimension up to six drives.
